Good Faith Estimate

At Little Constellations Neurodevelopment Center, LLC, we value transparency in both the clinical services we provide and the fees we charge. Because we are a private-pay practice and do not accept insurance, you have the right to receive a written Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of your child’s evaluation. 

A Good Faith Estimate describes the services and charges reasonably expected at the time it is prepared. It is not a bill and does not obligate you to obtain services from our practice. 

We will provide a written Good Faith Estimate of expected charges in accordance with applicable federal and Colorado law. You may also request an estimate before scheduling services.
